My teaser this week comes from Strange Flesh by Michael Olsen. I’m SO excited to finally be able to break this one open – it just came out TODAY so go check it out! I’ve just started and am already hooked, the prologue is one of the most intense and horrifyingly fascinating that I’ve EVER read. This is definitely not a book for the faint of heart!

Strange Flesh by Michael Olsen

Looking back, I see how swiftly the illness spread. How she infected me. How her story took over mine. And the strangest thing about the fever this otherworldly woman ignited in me?

I never even met her.

I can never get used to the feeling of looking through someone else’s eyes. It’s as if each person sees the world in a sightly different hue. The tricky part is figuring out who the person is.

Partials by Dan WellsThe youngest human being on the planet, as far as anyone knew, would be fourteen years old in a month. “It is not about dream interpretation, ESP, multiple personalities, mind-reading, Rorschach Tests, phobias, recovered memories, or repression. And most importantly — it is not about getting in touchwith yourself. If that’s your ambition I suggest you buy a copy of Big Jugs magazine and find a quiet corner.”
